Whizz Go Rent a Car is a reputable car rental service provider. What we do is keep in touch with all major and small rental car companies in the UK and abroad. We search through their offers for the dates and locations you wish to rent a vehicle from, and present you with the best deal available at the current moment.

Why not go directly to the car rental company?

At Whizz Go Rent a Car we have access to thousands of special deals and packages that enable us to provide you with a better price than you can find on your own.

Where do you operate?

Even though we are based in the UK, our car rental mediation services are enjoyed by clients from all around the globe – Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Canada, Australia, Singapore etc. If you are not certain whether or not Whizz Go Rent a Car operates in your area, do not hesitate to drop our customer support an email.

Who do you work with?

If you opt for our services, we will search through the offers of hundreds of rent a car companies out there, among which industry leaders such as AVIS, Sixt, Enterprise, Europcar, Hertz etc.

How can I make a booking?

It is easy. First specify the dates and the location from which you wish to pick up your vehicle. Then you should choose a vehicle type, brand and model and follow the instructions. You will be asked for your personal information, and to choose a method for payment. In case you require further assistance, contact Whizz Go Rent a Car customer support without hesitation.

Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes and cancelations at any time by simply logging in on the website and specify what amends you wish to make to your reservations. Our customer support is available at any time.

Do I need to print out the voucher?

Yes. The voucher you receive upon completion of your reservation is the conformation of your booking before the vehicle provider. If you do not have your voucher with you, you may be refused the vehicle you have booked, or charged a different price altogether.

I lost my voucher. Now what?

Do not worry. You can always simply log in on the website and print your voucher one more time.

If I cancel my reservation, do I lose my deposit?

You can opt for the Super Excess Refund option we have, or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48h before the time to pick up your vehicle and you will be reimbursed for all money paid. Please consult with our Terms and Conditions for further details.

What is your fuel policy?

Please note that at Whizz Go Rent a Car we are just mediators – we are not rent a car providers. Every provider has their own fuel policy that will be described to you in full during the booking process.

What’s on the price?

Most of the bookings made through Whizz Go Rent a Car come with unlimited mileage and damage waiver, as well as all local taxes included. For further information on what the price includes, please check out your reservation.

What is an unlimited mileage?

Basically it means that you will not be charged additionally by the car rental company for going over a certain distance with your rented vehicle. Most of the bookings we accommodate include unlimited mileage.

Where do I pick up the car?

During you reservation you will be asked to choose the city and the office you wish to get your vehicle from, as well to specify the day and time this is going to happen.

Can someone else drive the vehicle I rented?

You can add additional drivers to your deal. Unfortunately it is impossible to do this online. You will need to fill a special form when you are getting your vehicle. Be advised that in certain cases with certain providers, additional charges can be added.

Can I go from one country to another with my rented car?

It all depends on the countries in question and the car rental provider you are using. You will need to check up in advance the Terms and Conditions of the car rental provider you choose.

Is it possible to collect the vehicle outside work hours?

Most providers charge additionally for such as service. However, airport offices usually work around the clock, which means that you will not have to worry about additional collection fees.

Will I get exactly the same vehicle I book?

Unfortunately, at Whizz Go Rent a Car we cannot guarantee for a model, type and make. The vehicle shown on your voucher is for orientation. You will be provided either with the exact same model or an equivalent.

I want an automatic/diesel/hybrid…

You can specify any special request and requirements about the type of vehicle you wish to rent during your booking process. In the majority of cases, it is no problem to accommodate your requests.

What is a road fee?

Road fee is a fee that is required during the registration and covers road tax as well.

Is road assistance included in the price?

The booking should specifically point out to the fact that road assistance in case of a breakdown is included on the price. If it is no specifically stated, you will have to pay additionally for any potential road assistance. You can opt for the Super Excess Refund option to reduce any such charges.
