Reports to: Commercial Director
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 depending upon experience plus benefits
Responsibilities: Maintaining and building WhizzGo’s relationship with key clients in each city, particularly our partners in local councils. This role is accountable for creating and adding value to both WhizzGo and its key clients operations. Value will be added through a complete understanding of each organisation’s needs and creating strategies to fulfil those needs by reducing costs and meeting the client’s objectives.
The manager will also be responsible for ensuring the operation of WhizzGo in each city is as efficient as possible particularly in regards to existing and future locations for cars and the overall profitability of WhizzGo operations in the relevant cities. The manager will also be responsible for managing relationships with developers within their area with a view to securing bays and funding for WhizzGo in co-ordination with the relevant local council planning authorities.
The manager will also act as a point of contact for residential members.
The manager will also monitor opportunities for growth for WhizzGo in their area into new cities/towns and work with the senior management to respond to any relevant tender opportunities.
Key Tasks
- Relationship Development
- Identifying client requirements and create strategy to support relationship type
- Develop long term and trusted relationship
- Manage, retain and expand the business relationship with an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Creating and Adding Value
- Grow accounts; meet or exceed growth targets
- Identify opportunities and proactively engage to develop responses
- Organise and lead regular account meetings to review the service, objectives and opportunities
- Share ideas with organisations to develop best practice
- Client Satisfaction
- Maximise client satisfaction measured by regular review and survey
- Effectively coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues
- Serve as industry expert and car travel consultant
- Reporting monthly on portfolio of Accounts to Commercial Director
- Reporting the monthly growth and satisfaction targets
- Reporting monthly on opportunities and challenges
- Regular update on status/requirements of accounts
- Developing and maintaining forecasts and budget plans for portfolio of accounts
- First point of contact for any account issues
- Co-ordination and liaison with the Corporate Sales Team.

Essential
- Customer focus
- Enterprise level account management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
- Confidence and willingness to take on new challenges and manage multiple projects
- Proven leadership skills, project management and team worker skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Skilled networker
- Computer literate on MS Office and Email
- Good research skills
- Interest in the environment and environmental issues
- Full driving licence
Desirable
- Experience in the automotive fleet industry
- Experience in the travel planning industry
