Pay-as-you-go-driving £4.95 per hour:
Put simply, you only pay when you drive! You pay £4.95 for every hour that you book
(or £2.48 for half an hour!) and with every hour that you book we give you 10 miles
of fuel absolutely free.
This is best for you if you are just using the WhizzGo cars now and then, for
less than 5 hours in a month.
We advise that when you first become a member you start on pay-as-you-go driving.
Monthly Usage Plans:
If you will be using our WhizzGo cars frequently during the month, you can take advantage
of cheaper hourly rates by choosing one of our Bonus usage plans. The more you use the
cars, the more money you can save!
You should choose one of our Bonus usage plans to take advantage of our
special weekend rates
Each monthly usage plan comes as a bundle, with a set cost and a set number of free hours and miles.
- Bonus 5+ costs £23.75 for the month and comes with 5 hours and 50 miles of fuel included.
If you book more than 5 hours, the extra hours are charged at £4.75 each, and each hour booked
comes with 10 miles of fuel included.
You do not have to guess how many hours you might do, you can look back at the past month and
THEN decide how much you want to pay!
- Example: In March you might have made 4 separate trips. On the last day
of March you look at your driving record on the members' log in and see that you have done
a total of 15 hours. You can then choose to be on Bonus 10+.
- In April you might only use the car for 2 hours, so, on April 30, you can change onto
the Regular pay-as-you-go driving and it will take effect for the 2 hours you have already
driven in April. Click here for details of our monthly usage plans.
The plans are designed to save you money, but remember, if you are on Bonus 5+ or higher,
you will be charged for the entire month plan, regardless of whether you drive our WhizzGo cars or not.
You don't need to choose your tariff until the last day of the month, when you can look back at your usage.

Weekend Rates
The WhizzGo weekend is from 6pm on Friday to 7am on Monday. During this time you will be charged
for a maximum of 10 hours per day (24 hours), with 100 free miles. Your billing rate will
depend on which monthly plan you choose to be on.
A one day weekend rate will cost you 10 hours of driving and include 100 free miles.
- So, if you take a car from 6pm on Friday through to 6pm on Saturday,
and are on Bonus 10 + it will cost you £45, and will come with 100 free miles.
- A full weekend rate (from 6pm Friday to 7am Monday) is charged at 2 days, or 20 chargeable hours, providing you with 200 free miles.
- If you WhizzGo from 6pm on Friday and drop the car back at 7am on Monday,
it will cost £90 if you are on Bonus 10+ and only £79 if you are on Bonus 100+. Whichever plan you
are on, you will get 200 free miles.
Great news - Bank holidays are included in the weekend rate and run from 6pm Friday to
7am Tuesday. The full weekend rate would then be 3 weekend days or 30 chargeable hours
of the rate you are on with 300 free miles included.
If you don't book a WhizzGo car for more than 10 hours during the weekend period, you will
only be charged for the number of hours you drive and charged at the rate you are on.
Please remember the weekend billing period is from 6pm Friday to 7am Monday, and a day
is calculated as a 24 hour period. If you go out of these times, you will be charged as
per your regular rates.
Mileage:
You will be given 10 free miles per chargeable hour booked. If you exceed this you
will be charged at 20p per mile. If you don't exceed this your unused miles will
accumulate throughout the month and can be used for mileage during the evening times when we
don't charge (11pm - 7am) or even added to your weekend miles.
The average cost of fuel is already 99p a litre and looks set to rise!
