How do I book a WhizzGo car?
As a WhizzGo member, you can do it either from this website or by phone. The
process is extremely simple and takes just a few seconds.
Can I extend a booking?
Yes, so long as the car is available. You can extend the booking from the car during
office hours by pressing the button on the on-board computer. This will connect you
directly to a member of the WhizzGo team. Outside office hours you can extend a
booking via our website.
Can I cancel a booking?
There is no charge if you cancel more than 3 hours before the start of your booking.
For bookings cancelled or shortened less than 3 hours before they begin, you will be
charged the full cost of your booking.
What if the previous driver is late returning?
No problem! In the very rare event that the car you have booked is late back, we
guarantee to get you to your destination. You can either take a nearby WhizzGo car
(if available) or opt to go by taxi. To encourage members to get the car back on time,
there is a £25 penalty for any late return, in addition to the taxi fare for members
disrupted by the late return.
What if I want to take the car away overnight or for the weekend? There is a special capped overnight rate from 7pm to 7am, so you can take the car home overnight ready for next day or go out and relax without worrying what tine you need to come back. If you want the car for weekends, then pick the best Value Package for you and simply pay for 48 hours and at the capped rate and you can extend the weekend from 6pm Friday to 7am Monday for free.

How far in advance can I make a booking?
Our online reservation system allows you to book a car up to a year in advance.
Will there really be a car when I want one?
It's natural for new members to worry that cars won't be available when and where they
want them. Experienced members do not share this concern because they can make reservations
when they plan their activities - a weekend shopping trip, for example - and they can also be
impulsive. About three quarters of all reservations are made the same day. We monitor usage
very closely, adding more cars as needed, keeping availability high. But the beauty of the
system is that WhizzGo members are entitled to use any of the cars in our fleet. So even if
one of the WhizzGo cars right around the corner isn't available, you'll still be able reserve
another one located just a few streets away.
