And that if you've booked a car, you're not interested in why it isn't there when you need it. All you want is to get going with as little delay as possible. How we put things right. So in the unlikely event that there isn't a car for you when you arrive to collect one, this is what we do. Call us immediately and we will send a taxi to take you to the nearest available WhizzGo car - and then we'll send another taxi to collect you at the end of your trip. If no suitable WhizzGo car is available, we will provide a taxi for your whole trip, and you'll pay just the normal hourly fee. Whatever happens, we promise to get you there.
